Stacey & Adam, London Wedding

Welcome to the wedding of Stacey & Adam, who read out their personally written vows at Morden Park Registry office, London. We started the day over tea and pastries at Stacey's mothers house in Croydon, where the family dogs were wagging their tails at the people coming and going.. (and the possibility of pastry crumbs..) and ended it around a donut tower in the most surprising, tucked away little garden next to Clapham Common. It was wonderful to be there for your big day, and I'll always remember it!

... this is the back of my friends head! Ellie and I have known each other since we worked in a cafe together in about 2003, and it was amazing to see her again. A very specific memory from the day was hearing an acoustic version of Beyonce's 'XO' at the evening reception. I shot a glance across the room that said 'oh yes'! And we ended up mouthing the words together before meeting for an almost-dance.

*whispers*  "We got married..."

Next, to the Metro - right next to the tube station for Clapham Common. London is so surprising.. you can find a stunning, established garden hidden between tall buildings, ancient architecture and the busy engines of commuters. I adrored the way the plants made their way into every crack, space and around each support.

Ellie's husband pulled faces whenever I got near.. you didn't ruin them Rich, you made them awesome ;)

I'm so happy I got to be there for your big day, Mr & Mrs Jenkins! And hope you love looking back through these with fond memories.

Massive thanks to Stacey, Adam and all the couples between April and August that have had to wait longer than expected due to personal circumstances. And thank you to Jon Clifton for being my second shooter, second pair of eyes, and general superstar.
