Debbie & Victor tied the knot as restrictions began to tighten again for the Autumn of 2020, when plans were changing every few days. Thankfully, their patience and persistence paid off! You may notice someone missing from the church ceremony… that’s because the dress is strictly under wraps until the family celebration.
